I don’t know about you but if I can buy something on Amazon it makes it 10x better so if I could buy all my makeup off Amazon my life would be complete. I’ve recently started looking into different beauty and makeup brands that are on Amazon and there are so many hidden gems out there. Recently I tried out this brush set from Amazon and I am so shocked at how much I loved them! I usually stick to my collection of Morphe brushes, They are my holy grail brushes! (I have a post coming soon of the best Morphe Brushes) Trying these brushes has made me want to try so many other products on Amazon.

The Brush Set

This Amazon brush set I got comes with 11 brushes. You get 5 face brushes and 6 eye brushes, which I think is a great mix! It comes in a really sturdy pink zip case, and the inside has slots for all of the brushes. They’re $35.99 but there is a 10% off coupon on Amazon. So you’re paying about $30, which comes down to $2.72 a brush. That’s a steal! It also came with a few brush guards, which I had never heard off or used but I put them on my brushes when I washed them and it really helped to keep their shape.  I washed them right as a got them and every single brush stayed just as soft and completely kept their shape.

My Favorite Brushes

Honestly, I think all of the brushes that came in the set are great, but I definitely love some more than others. Here are my top picks from the brush set

  • The biggest fluffy face brush – I reach for this one the most out of the set. It’s the perfect powder brush, it has replaced the one I was currently using.
  • Angled Brush – This is what I’ve been using for blush and I love it. This could also be used for contour.
  • Fluffiest Eye Brush – I was skeptical about this one at first but I’ve actually used this one a lot. It is great for putting down the transition shade and for blending everything all together.
  • Flat Eye Brush – I’ve been using this to apply my lid color and it packs the color on really well. This would also be a great spot concealer brush.

– Good price for what you get

– Travel case

– Full face of brushes

– They don’t shed, even when washing

– They come in cute colors

– Some almost duplicate brushes that weren’t needed

– A couple of the brushes are too flimsy to really blend

Overall, I would recommend this brush set. These will become my go-to travel brushes. And even though there are some in the set I don’t reach for I can always switch out those for different ones in my collection while I’m traveling. This brand “Six Plus” has a bunch of different brush sets you can choose from and different cases.
